Is the water safe to swim in?
Yes. We deliver clean water using sanitized, food-grade tankers that meet Pennsylvania DEP standards.
Will I still need to add pool chemicals?
Although the water is clean and safe, you may still need to balance your pool chemistry by adjusting chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer levels according to your pool manufacturer's recommendations.
Can you fill above-ground and in-ground pools?
Yes. We deliver water for above-ground pools, in-ground pools, swim spas, plunge pools, hot tubs, water features, ponds, commercial pools and other residential or commercial water features.
Can you partially fill my pool?
Absolutely. Whether you need a complete pool fill, a refill after repairs, or just need to top off your pool, we're happy to help.
Do I need to be home during delivery?
In most cases, yes. We recommend someone be present to show us where the water should be delivered and to answer any questions. If arrangements have been made in advance, unattended deliveries may be possible
How much water does your truck carry?
We have 3,000 gallon straight trucks. Our custom straight trucks can get into almost any space and driveway. Our custom straight truck is used when there is a hard to access pool, log or steep driveway, a situation where a full size tractor trailer can NOT turn around or get within 300 feet of your pool.
We also offer tankers that carry up to 6,000 gallons per load, allowing us to fill most residential pools quickly and efficiently.
Will your truck damage my driveway?
Our trucks are similar in weight to many commercial delivery vehicles. We'll discuss the safest access route before delivery. If you have concerns about soft ground, steep grades, or narrow driveways, we'll work with you to find the best solution.
Can you deliver to rural properties?
Yes. We routinely deliver to homes in rural areas. Let us know about any long/ steep driveways, hard to access pool, swale, gated entrances, bridges, or access concerns when scheduling your delivery.
What areas do you serve?

How much water does my pool need? How do I know how many gallons my pool holds?
The amount of water your pool needs depends on its size and current water level. If you're not sure, simply provide us with your pool's dimensions, and we'll calculate exactly how many gallons are needed. Can I schedule my delivery in advance?
Yes. We encourage customers to reserve their delivery early, especially during the busy spring and summer months.
How quickly can you deliver pool water?
In most cases, we can deliver within 24 to 48 hours. During peak swimming season, scheduling a few days in advance is recommended. Emergency and same-day deliveries may be available depending on location and demand.
Do you offer emergency water deliveries?
Depending on availability, we may be able to provide same-day or emergency pool water delivery. Call us and we'll do everything we can to help.
